IMPORTANT – AGE POLICY

We do not offer treatments to clients under the age of 16 as a general rule.

Selected treatments for younger clients may be offered at our discretion (such as basic file & polish), however these must be agreed in advance with the salon.

Please note we do not offer gel nails or advanced treatments to anyone under 16.
Any bookings made outside of this policy may be cancelled.

A GENTLE REMINDER …

 Please note for all tinting & Lash lifting a patch test MUST be done 48 hours prior to treatment, no appointment is necessary for the patch just call into the salon to collect.

If no patch test has been done we will NOT be able to carry out the treatment.

Vouchers have a 6 month expiry date and can be purchased over the phone with card details or call into the salon

** Vouchers cannot be refunded, however they can be exchange for another treatment to the value

WE HAVE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MISSED & LATE  APPOINTMENTS. ALL LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE TREATMENT PRICE. HOWEVER IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULE, DEPOSITS WILL BE TRANSFERRED OVER TO YOUR FUTURE BOOKING
