Ultra Calming Treatment (1 hour)  £60: Is your skin irritated, sensitive or feeling itchy? Our super soothing cleansing will remove impurities from your skin and specialised pressure point massage will relieve tension, headaches and sinus pain. This healing and calming treatment with a masque will calm redness and reduce inflammation.

Wellbeing Therapies

Lava Shell Full Body Massage (approx 60 mins) £69.00: Warm, smooth shells are glided over the body with varying pressures, techniques and precision. Hydrating oils moisturise the skin, as the shells help to revitalise and rebalance the body and mind.

The indulgent and truly pampering Lava Shells Relax Body Massage offers warmth of the shells with deeply relaxing massage techniques to create a sense of balance to the entire body and mind.

During the massage, the shells are worked over the arms, feet and legs in slow deep moves to warm and de-stress followed by wonderfully tranquil massage on the back, neck and shoulder area to ease away all tension, knots and stress. Please note we do not advise this treatment during the warmer months

Deep Tissue Back Massage from £35.00: Deep tissue massage therapy isn't just a Swedish massage with deeper strokes or harder pressure. Deep tissue massages use firm pressure and slow strokes to massage deep layers of muscle.

Reflexology (55 minutes ) £45.00: An ancient treatment working on the key pressure points of the feet. Reflexology can help to energise and restore the bodies balance resulting in a deep level of relaxation and is therefore excellent for the treatment of stress and stress related disorders. For maximum results we recommend treatments over a 4-6 week period.

Hopi Ear Candles (approx 30 minutes) £32: Centuries old, used traditionally by the Hopi Indians. Ear candling continues to be used as a natural, soothing and relaxing treatment for the ears. A gentle treatment, which can help bring relief from headaches, sinus problems and congestion.

Mum to be Massage (approx 45 minutes) £48.00: There’s nothing like having a little bit of ‘me time’ when you’re pregnant and a specialised massage with the mum-to-be treatment is a great way to relax and get prepared for your new little arrival.

ELIM MEDICAL PEDICURE

Elim products are made with state-of-the-art ingredients to help heal, hydrate and rejuvenate skin and are medically graded. The Heel Peel is a chemical foot peel to treat calluses replacing the file and a using a gentle blade instead. Callus tonic solution breaks up protein bonds, making it easy to gently remove dead skin cells.

Our experienced and professional make up artist is qualified through city and guilds cosmetic make up and bespoke training through The Cheshire Make up Academy.  All my make up packages can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, I can travel to your wedding venue, in the comfort of your own home or you can come into the salon at Retreat Beauty Lounge.

Consultations: We offer free consultations to help you choose exactly the right treatments for you.

Gift Vouchers: Makes a perfect gift and are available for any treatment or amount. Vouchers have a 6 month expiry date and can be purchased over the phone with card details, in salon or they can be bought online. Please note we do not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers.

Retail: To compliment your treatment a full range of products are available to purchase in the salon or via our online shop.

Courses: We recommend professional skincare treatments every four to six weeks.

Payments: All major credit, debit cards and cash are welcome.

Cancellations: As courtesy to our therapists and other clients we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a charge being made.
